FRENCH BEE (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive online experience and continuously work to improve the usability and accessibility of our website and digital services.
Accessibility is integrated into our design, development, and content management processes to help ensure that everyone can access information, products, and services regardless of ability or technology used.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, which define internationally recognized standards for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
beta.frenchbee.com is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

To support accessibility and continuous improvement, we:
Incorporate accessibility requirements into design, development, and procurement processes.
Conduct periodic accessibility audits and testing.
Evaluate website functionality using keyboard-only navigation.
Review color contrast, focus indicators, and interactive elements against WCAG requirements.
Monitor and remediate identified accessibility issues.

General statement:
We have identified accessibility issues that have been filed for fixes as part of our continuous improvement process. Our content and development teams work conjointly, with the help of an external consultant, to resolve these issues, prioritizing the most impactful ones. Please contact our customer care service if you encounter accessibility issues that are not listed below.
Keyboard Navigation: Users navigating with a keyboard may experience difficulties accessing certain elements using the Tab key alone. In some areas, such as the Quick Access Bar and the Flight Search Bar, navigation currently requires the use of arrow keys rather than following standard keyboard navigation patterns.
Text Contrast: Certain text and interface elements within some sections do not currently meet WCAG minimum color contrast requirements, potentially impacting readability for users with low vision or color vision deficiencies. Affected areas include other informational content components.
Sensory characteristics: Some information is only available visually. For example, in the calendars allowing to choose departure and arrival dates, lowest fares are only differentiated visually.
Texts in pictures: Some images contain texts with no proper alternative.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly evaluate our website and digital services to identify barriers, implement improvements, and enhance the experience for all users.
As accessibility standards evolve and new technologies emerge, we remain committed to maintaining and improving compliance with recognized accessibility best practices.
