How It Works

Step 1: I check the eligibility of my flight

Upgrades are available on select routes - check the eligibility of your flight by entering your booking information above
There are two ways to have the chance to be upgraded:
1. Instant Upgrade (from the time of booking and up to 7 hours before departure)
2. Upgrade by auction (from the time of booking and up to 7 hours before departure)

Step 2: I make my upgrade offer

1. Your card is not charged if you make an offer. You will only be charged if you accept the offer (between 5 days and 6 hours before your flight departure).
2. You can modify or cancel your offer at any time before its acceptance (between 5 days and 7 hours before the departure of your flight)

Step 3: I enjoy my upgraded flight

Great, you did it! Your upgrade is confirmed. You will be able to enjoy all the benefits of Premium Cabin! An e-mail will be sent to you confirming your acceptance.
Please note that the additional baggage allowance is not included in your upgrade.

How To Make A Bid?

Check your email: it's in the box, you will find the EasyUpgrade offer if your flight is eligible. If you did not receive an email you can always check your eligibility above (with your reservation number and your name).
Click on the link in this email, you can now make your offer!
You can make, modify or cancel your bid up to 7 hours before the flight departure, if your bid has not yet been accepted.
The answer to your bid will be given to you between 5 days and 6 hours before the departure of your flight.
Your bid must be above the auction price which will be indicated on the bidding page.
It is also possible to have your seat in Premium Cabin with the instant upgrade from 5 days before the flight if you accept to pay the price that will be proposed to you.
Your card will only be charged if you accept the offer or upgrade instantly.

Your offer has been rejected

The answer will be given between 5 days and 6 hours before departure.
You will have nothing to do, we take care of everything! You will not be charged on your payment method and you keep your initial reservation but it is not too late to book additional services

IMPORTANT

For the purchase of an immediate upgrade, acceptance is direct and automatic, and it is not possible to cancel or modify it.
Please note that additional baggage allowance is not included in your upgrade.
The conditions of your original ticket remain unchanged after the upgrade, including cancellation, changes, and baggage allowance.
Lounge access is not included in the offer.
Once the offer has been accepted, it will no longer be modifiable or refundable.
